Ballinora Active Schools 10 @ 10

This year our school is working towards the active flag. There are various exercise in the 10@10 such as reach and squat, windmill, invisible skipping rope, running man and much more. We always do ten at ten at ten o clock. Ten @ ten is a fun way of exercising   every day. The Ballinora Active Schools committee suggested to do ballinora's very own ten @ten in a monthly meeting.
